这两只傻狗是在圣诞节街边捡回来的
所以都会以圣诞那天来当作是他们的生日
会吃的丰盛一些，上一年是半只鸡
虽然他们最近也吃很多肉（人家煲汤的剩料）
但是怎样都要好好的吃些，庆祝庆祝
这次圣诞也很只在家待，晚上跟家人吃了烤串，然后今天拉个稀
除了圣诞前夕那小傻瓜陪我在家做了烤串，陪我了一天
她只想玩，我只想吃
到处都是人的情况下，也没有很想出去
eh..等等，我现在才发现，我吃了两天烤串
那么也意思意思在这放一下我们做的串串，简单粗暴
我调的孜然粉依旧是无敌好吃
还有我们都不约而同地为对方准备了圣诞礼物
明明都没提过要交换
说到生日
我还真的很多次忘记了自己的生日要到
上一年感觉也是这样
是不是人年纪大了，这些开始不重要了
还是就是年纪大了不想面对自己更老了所以不想记得
开始要踏入3字头，但是我怎样都不会在下年生日之前承认我已30
所以我现在还是28，多两天才是29
不能认老，要不要就真老了

Did a full power spar 2 days ago
getting wreck quite bad and pulled my muscle
cant really straighten my right arm without feeling sore
on my bicep and forearm
When really comes to full power fight all the skills just went to drain
you are focus on not getting hit so much while just wanna swing a full power
regardless if its hit or not
the control the drills just kind went blank
damn it my head still hurts even now
pretty sure somewhat concussed
when you are fighting someone 15 kg heavier.
oh ya, gotten ko in a first round
cant imagine the pressure in the real ring with many audience and judges
hmm, still got 3 months to prepare for the fight.
and my back is bad, sitting hurts but standing is ok.
gotta get that check
